The problem is that jStore menu items move the menu off the top row when selecting any joobi menus.

--Solution----

Joobi jStore bootstrap templating system CSS was using a box border that interfered with the site templating system. Since the megamenu is not really out of the box from bootstrap, it has it's own styling as well.

In particular, the content areas were defined to use a "border-box" in several areas, which caused the content areas to exceed their actual alloted size, forcing other divs to move underneath - in this case the logo div pushed the menu div down the page.

The fix: I made a copy of the Joobi theme and commented out the offending codes in the bootstrap.min.css file:

/*-webkit-box-sizing:border-box;-moz-box-sizing:border-box;box-sizing:border-box*/

@xin Hi Xin, I am having a similar issue using Helix II framework and Jstore where did you find the bootstrap.min.css for the joobi theme? Using the Joomla backend? Or ftp server?

Cheers,

Rory

Hi Rory,

You need to clone the Joobi theme first so it does not get overwrriten upon update.

jStore -> tools -> Themes -> clone the frontend theme
Edit the cloned theme, stylesheets (CSS) tab and look for css/bootstrap.min.css and edit it from there.

I found 3 instances of the box code. I disabled all of them. And it worked flawlessly! Thank you, Xinlu!

I spoke to soon. Once I added products to the store I could see major css style issue for blocking the "-webkit-box-sizing:border-box;-moz-box-sizing:border-box;box-sizing:border-box"

The table collapses into a single column going down the page. I tried doing just blocking one instead of all 3 instances but no combination resolves the issue.

The last post had an image but it failed to upload. Only 199KB. I reduced it a bit more.

Do you know how to view the uncompressed.css and edit?

I have jMarket paid version so I have the access the uncompressed version of the files.

jCenter - preferecens - advance area - in the section performance
Use Minified Files - yes
When you save the unminified versions should be accesible in the themes area.

If you do not have a paid version, you can use a free service.
